Facility Summary:

At Aspire Behavioral Health, we believe in the importance of implementing evidence-based classes within our programs that further the improvement of behavioral health conditions. Our additional classes consist of Mindfulness Meditation, Gentle Yoga, HealthRHYTHMS Group Empowerment Drumming, and Teen and Adult Alumni Groups. These classes are designed to improve a sense of self, reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, and increase positivity and socialization. Our Behavioral Health Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed to provide short-term stabilization of psychiatric symptoms while allowing participants to live an independent lifestyle. Aspire’s IOP is designed for individuals who are experiencing behavioral or emotional difficulties. Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is available for those needing a more direct and intensive level of psychiatric care provided in an on-site program until they are ready for IOP support. Each person receives a customized treatment plan developed for their specific situation.
