Facility Summary:

This facility offers a day program (Monday through Friday) that includes both partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient treatment. We serve adolescents and adults, each with separate programming. Our program utilizes skill-based training groups of dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), which involves breaking down skills into pillars of mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation and interpersonal effectiveness. The program incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to challenge cognitive distortions and reframe faulty thinking patterns. Our team works individually with patients and with their families to identify and support unique treatment planning based on personal needs and goals. We stress balance and authenticity, and consider ourselves an educational center for learning emotional intelligence. The program includes management of support medication, coordination with schools for adolescent patients, collaboration with outpatient providers, and reorganization of family dynamics to strengthen connections. The clinical team is experienced, dedicated, and each team member brings a unique therapeutic style to meet the needs of our patients. The Newport Beach facility is conveniently located just off the 73 freeway near Jamboree Boulevard and Bristol Avenue. We are situated in a complex of modern professional buildings in the heart of Orange County, moments from John Wayne airport and the University of California Irvine campus.
