At our Santa Cruz Drug Rehab & Detox Treatment Facility Elevate’s Santa Cruz-area facility is located on a spread-out, ranch-style property that flanks the Santa Cruz Mountains. This prime location offers views of the Pacific Ocean and even Big Sur (when visibility is clear). The campus is comprised of a number of buildings that disperse clients and staff, allowing freedom to roam around campus. Although this facility is in Northern California and adjacent to a mountain range, we don’t see any snow during the year, meaning we have mild winters and can take advantage of our outdoor assets almost year-round. Elevate’s Santa Cruz location has 50 beds for its inpatient addiction treatment and drug detox program . They property also offers transitional housing for other clients. In total, the campus supports up to 74 people at any given time. Proper nutrition is a major component of our approach to rehabilitation, so we offer clients delicious, nutrient-rich meals as developed by our chef. Since we’re near the coast, many of our meals consist of tasty, fresh seafood and locally picked fruits and vegetables. Our rehab facility also has healthy snacks ready to grab 24/7, and our fresh salad bar is open every day at lunch and dinner. Additionally, we’re very accommodating to those who have food allergies and/or dietary or religious restrictions. Physical therapy is just as crucial in substance abuse treatment. At Elevate Addiction Services we believe fitness is a very important part of recovery. There is an intrinsic relationship between a healthy body and a healthy mind. While clients are working hard in the program making internal changes that are sometimes subtle, working out can bring about physical changes that will help reinforce their progress. Exercise is a healthy way to manage stress or any difficulties of early recovery. Elevate offers a variety of fitness options for our clients and we are proud to showcase our new gym and daily EAS Crossfit® classes with our fitness coach.
