Prior to admission into our FOY PHP/IOP, we invite you to come tour our program and receive a free confidential in-person assessment with our Clinical Program Director in order to assess the treatment most appropriate. Upon admission, our Agoura Hills addiction treatment team collaborates to develop an individualized treatment plan that treats the whole person and that addresses each client’s independent needs. Each client’s treatment plan is continuously reviewed and adjusted based on progress. Foy Life will be here to support you on your continued journey after you complete programming with FOY Wellness and Recovery. We understand how important it is to have a community that will offer support as you move into the need stage of recovery. Together we will learn how to apply the tools you gathered in real life situations. You are not alone. Once a part of FOY, you will always be a part of FOY. Our holistic healing center in Agoura Hills CA will hold space for ongoing healing and you will be surrounded by others who know how hard you have worked to achieve your desired outcomes and personal goals.
