La Selva’s Outpatient Services are located in the La Selva Wellness Center on El Camino Way in Palo Alto, just a few miles from our residential facility and Echo apartments. Conveniently located just off El Camino Real, this neighborhood includes tree-lined streets and nearby parks and community centers. Goals of our outpatient services program include empowering clients to reach their maximum level of functioning and live more fulfilled lives.
