Begin your mental health treatment here or join us as you transition from a higher level of care. We’re here to meet you where you’re at today and as you progress through the phases of care. At our Encinitas PHP/IOP location, we seek to honor the unique needs and experiences of each person. We integrate a variety of evidence-based techniques to enable individualized, holistic care. These levels of care support clients in developing healthy life management skills with minimal disruption to their daily lives. Lightfully provides nearby apartment housing for both PHP and IOP levels of care if needed at an additional cost. Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) takes place in a private, comfortable outpatient setting and provides structured, supportive care for clients in need of substantial programming during the day without overnight supervision. Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides comprehensive evidence-based treatment programming with partial day care for clients struggling with primary mental health and psychiatric disorders. Here clients build and practice healthy life skills with a greater sense of autonomy and self-efficacy.
