At this Residential Living location, we will help you heal your relationship with food while developing a clearer understanding of disordered thinking, attitudes, and behaviors. Monte Nido East Bay provides a safe and comfortable environment where you will be supported in healing. We provide weight inclusive and size inclusive care to aid you in accepting your body’s natural size and shape while improving your self-image. We’re here to help you identify and modify your unique patterns that may complicate recovery and work with you to develop an effective aftercare plan, strategies for relapse prevention, and arrangements that ensure a smooth transition to like-minded outpatient providers after treatment.
