This primary California eating disorder day treatment program serves adults and adolescents of all genders and is located in the Brentwood area of Los Angeles. Through our two separate Day Support programs (PHP & IOP), adults and adolescents of all genders participate in group and individual therapy. At Monte Nido Los Angeles Day Treatment, clients received clinical, medical, psychiatric, and nutritional expertise and guidance. Day Support is available to graduates of a Monte Nido Inpatient or Residential Living program or those in outpatient therapy who need more care. Adolescent Eating Disorder Day Support: Your child will have the support to heal their relationship with food and develop skills to change disordered thinking, attitudes, and behaviors. Our team will also support you and your whole family through family programming, therapy, and resources so you will have the tools to support and sustain your child’s recovery during and after treatment. Adult Eating Disorder Day Support: Our adult Day Support program will help you identify and modify patterns that may complicate recovery as you learn strategies for relapse prevention. For clients 18+, living accommodations are offered nearby at many of our locations when clients are ready to step down from residential treatment. Clients participate in Monte Nido’s day treatment program and return to apartments to practice independent living.
