Our young adult residential treatment center helps people develop the required skills to manage their mental health and behavioral health challenges while encouraging them to set goals while they’re with us and when they leave. This includes developing coping strategies, problem-solving abilities, stress management techniques, and emotional regulation to better handle future challenges and stressors. Goal setting, which is vital for a successful future, often focuses on education, employment, and independent living skills. For those whose academic performance has been impacted by mental health struggles, Paradigm Treatment offers personalized coaching to help them catch up academically and stay focused on their educational goals. Young adults also receive guidance to prepare for the workforce by identifying career objectives and acquiring the skills to achieve them. Our services include resume writing support, job opportunity assessments, interview preparation, and assistance in securing internships or apprenticeships. Most importantly, our young adult program doesn’t end after discharge. With our continuum-of-care model, clients receive ongoing guidance to help them maintain progress and achieve long-term success after treatment.
