Welcome to Sunol Hills at Fremont, where we provide a safe and structured environment for adolescents aged 11-17 in need of 24-hour crisis residential care. Our skilled team manages individualized care plans and medication to enhance patient wellbeing. Post-care, we work with families and schools to ensure long-term mental health support. Our goal is to equip youth with the tools needed to overcome future challenges and reintegrate into their communities.
